If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way
No problem, simply return the order and we'll be very happy to exchange or refund it.
Please return the whole order or any items not required in their original condition and packaging, carriage paid and within 30 days of you receiving your order. Refunds are issued less the delivery charge and within 3 days of receipt at our premises.
If you return an item because it is faulty or incorrectly supplied
We will exchange or refund the item(s) in full including the delivery charge and we will refund the cost of returning the item to us, providing return carriage charges are agreed in advance - in most instances we will instruct our carrier to collect on our account.
How to return an order
Please Login and select 'Orders' from the Drop down Menu in the 'Account' tab, find the order you wish to return, click 'Return items?', complete and submit a Returns Form and you have completed the return notification. You may track the status of your return by clicking 'Returns' in the 'Account' menu.
Returns may be dropped off at Meaco IE, part of the CH Marine Group. For large item returns, please contact us so we can help arrange the most cost effective means of return shipping.
We accept payments by PayPal or debit and credit cards from most major banks. Card payments are not settled until your order is ready to leave our warehouse. This ensures you do not pay in advance for back orders or items that we may not be able to deliver.
Prices may be displayed in Euro or Sterling by selecting the currency at the top of the home page. Credit cards are normally settled in Euro.
Standard rate VAT 23% is applied to sales for Ireland and EU delivery addresses.
Standard rate VAT 20% is applied to sales with UK delivery addresses.
We offer free shipping for all order values to the Rep of Ireland and the UK.
We endeavour to despatch your order same day as receipt. Any delays or changes will be notified to you within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We apply the highest level of credit card security. Credit card payments are directed to REALEX, our Secure Payment Gateway Providers. Here your card information is processed in the highest security environment which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Meaco IE accepts full responsibilty for all credit card transactions. Your card details are not retained by this company or on any server.
All goods supplied are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty. If an item is faulty, please return it to us with a covering letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
